Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Pre-Sales Professional with hands-on experience in GeM portal, tendering, and bidding processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in system integration, LAN solutions, and MSME products for defence sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage GeM portal activities including product listing, tender search, bid preparation, and submission.
• Handle tender and bidding processes from requirement analysis to final submission.
• Work closely with clients to understand technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and compliance documents for tenders.
• Coordinate with internal teams for solution design in LAN systems and other integration projects.
• Support sales team with product demonstrations and technical clarifications.
• Maintain updated knowledge of MSME products for defence and relevant government procurement policies.
• Track competitor offerings and market trends to strengthen bid strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in technical pre-sales, tendering, and bidding.
• Strong knowledge of GeM portal operations.
• Experience in system integration and LAN network solutions.
• Familiarity with MSME products for defence preferred.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.

Preferred Background

• Experience in government/defence procurement processes.
• Technical qualification in IT, Electronics, or related field.
• Excellent in business communication in verbal and written English
• Immediately available for joining
• Ready to work Monday to Saturday

Compensation

• Compensation is as per industry standard and not a constraint
• Depends on qualification, experience, interview and trial period performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
