Cost Estimation and Analysis:
· Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for new projects and business development opportunities.
· Analyze project cost data to identify cost drivers, potential risks, and areas for cost optimization.
· Conduct cost studies and simulations to assess the financial viability of projects.
· Prepare cost reports and presentations for stakeholders.
· Cost Control and Management:
· Monitor project costs throughout the project lifecycle and implement cost control measures.
· Identify and mitigate potential cost overruns.
· Develop and implement cost-saving strategies.
· Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
· Business Development Support:
· Support business development efforts by providing cost information and analysis to inform decision-making.
· Participate in proposal development and bid preparation.
· Identify potential cost-saving opportunities in new projects.
· Assist in the development of business cases and financial models.
