Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project costing or related financial analysis in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and monitor daily project expenditures, including materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractors.
Analyze actual costs versus approved budgets and highlight variances.
Prepare cost forecasts, monthly financial projections, and cash flow statements.
Support the Project Manager in identifying potential cost overruns or savings.
Verify purchase requests and work orders for compliance with budget guidelines.
Coordinate with procurement, finance, and planning teams to prepare consolidated cost reports.
Participate in project cost reviews and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
