Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate suppliers for electrical components (switchgears, relays, wires, MCCBs, Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per the requirement of production. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store and production teams for stock replenishment. Track order status and follow up for timely delivery and logistics. Maintain supplier database and assess performance (quality, delivery, and cost). Coordinate with quality and engineering teams for technical specifications and approvals. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Assist in cost reduction initiatives without compromising on quality. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other procurement activities. Liaise with accounts for vendor payments and documentation. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of electrical components used in control panels. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
