Cost Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates from architectural drawings, BOQs, and client specifications.
Perform material take-offs for aluminum profiles, glass, and hardware.
Use
Eva Win
and
Orgadata LogiKal
for cost calculation and optimization.
Coordinate with design, sales, and procurement teams for pricing and project planning.
Evaluate supplier quotations and maintain cost databases.
Assist in preparing technical and commercial offers.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field.
25 years of estimation experience in doors/windows/fenestration.
Proficient in
Eva Win
,
Orgadata LogiKal
, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
Good understanding of aluminum/glass systems and installation processes.

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

EXPEIRENCE REQUIRED - MIN 6 MONTHS TO 4 YEARS ( PREFERRED Candaites Only knowledge Doors & Windoors )
