Role Overview: As a Quotation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in preparing quotations and proposals for modular kitchen and wardrobe projects. Your main responsibility will be creating detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs) according to design specifications and client needs. You will also be tasked with analyzing costs by estimating material, labor, and equipment expenses, while implementing pricing strategies to ensure accurate quotes. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare quotations (BOQs) and proposals for modular kitchen and wardrobe projects - Estimate and analyze costs by breaking down material, labor, and equipment expenses - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to gather quotes and compare materials - Clearly communicate with clients to present and explain quotes - Collaborate with internal teams to confirm scopes and adjust proposals - Track and report on quotes, approvals, and cost variances - Recommend cost-saving alternatives or material substitutions while upholding quality standards - Maintain detailed estimates for benchmarking and future reference Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree Note: The company provides benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, morning shift schedule, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses.
