Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing cost auditing and materials management to enhance productivity and control expenses, ensuring accurate reporting and strict adherence to internal controls. Your role will involve auditing food and beverage operations, managing purchasing and inventory processes, and preparing detailed cost reports. Moreover, you will be expected to develop and supervise staff, support training initiatives, and uphold Hyatt's policies, safety standards, and organizational culture. To qualify for this position, you should ideally possess a relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, or Hospitality/Tourism management. A minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Accountant or Accounting Clerk in a larger operation is required.
