Experience 5+ years preferred] Role Overview: We are seeking a COSO Control Manager to oversee the coordination and monitoring of internal controls as per the COSO framework. This role involves regular follow-up with process owners to ensure timely status updates, control implementation, approvals, and effective reporting to the CFO. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the overall internal control activities under the COSO framework. Monitor the status of control implementation across departments. Follow up with respective control owners for updates and timely completion. Ensure approvals and documentation are completed and maintained as per internal timelines. Compile and present periodic reports on control status and gaps to the CFO. Serve as the point of contact for internal/external auditors on COSO-related matters. Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in internal controls and risk mitigation. Key Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of the COSO framework and internal control principles. Proven coordination and communication skills, especially in cross-functional environments. Experience in compliance, internal audit, or risk management preferred. Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools. Show more Show less
