Correspondent / Director

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Correspondent/Director to lead and oversee all academic and administrative functions of the school. This role involves providing strategic leadership, ensuring academic excellence, maintaining compliance with educational regulations, and fostering a positive learning environment that supports the holistic development of students.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and vision for the school’s growth and development.
• Oversee all administrative, academic, and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with education board regulations and government guidelines.
• Develop, review, and implement school policies and procedures.
• Supervise principals, teaching staff, and administrative teams.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance, curriculum delivery, and teaching standards.
• Liaise with parents, community stakeholders, and governing bodies.
• Approve and manage budgets, ensuring financial accountability.
• Initiate programs to enhance teaching quality, extracurricular activities, and student welfare.
• Represent the school at official functions, conferences, and community events.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for students and staff.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education, Management, or related field (preferred).
• Proven leadership experience in school management or educational administration.
• Strong understanding of curriculum frameworks, school operations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage diverse teams and multitask effectively.
• High ethical standards and commitment to student-centered education.

• Experience with accreditation and school audits.
• Strong networking abilities with educational boards and local authorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
