Job Description

Role Overview: As an individual focusing on SMEs, Corporates & Enterprises, your primary focus will be on endpoint devices as products and formulating all business development activities in your designated area. You are expected to have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Direct-Corporate sales. Your role will be result-oriented, requiring high emotional intelligence, restlessness, and a willingness to work within agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions. Your responsibilities will include acquisition of new accounts, meeting pre-assigned target-oriented quarterly KRAs, maintaining and expanding the customer base, and identifying new opportunities within the customer base. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new accounts and meet pre-assigned target-oriented quarterly KRAs. - Maintain and expand the customer base by counseling sales representation, building and managing relationships with key customers, and identifying new opportunities. - Have experience in IT hardware and networking background with connections in local SMEs and Corporates. - Map the organization and generate new business. - Manage account relationships and execute strategic plans for key customers. - Track competitive activity in the assigned geography. - Create monthly and quarterly sales plans for the owning accounts. - Close orders and ensure timely closure of sale cycles. Qualification Required: - Sufficient knowledge of the IT end-point local market. - Zeal to carry and communicate new concepts and products. - Excellent communication, business development, and negotiation skills. - Willingness to learn about the depth of the industry. - Demonstrate high energy to pursue new technologies. - Ability to take initiatives and inspire others through product programs and briefings.,
