Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Corporate Wellness & Engagement Manager. The Corporate Wellness & Engagement Manager will manage wellness programs, engage with employees, organize wellness events, and assess program effectiveness. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing wellness initiatives, conducting employee wellness assessments, coordinating with external vendors and partners, and creating engagement materials. The role also involves monitoring wellness program metrics and providing regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Program Management and Project Management
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate program effectiveness
• Excellent Communication and Consulting skills for engaging with employees and stakeholders
• Experience in employee engagement or wellness programs is beneficial
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting
• Bachelor's degree in Health Management, Human Resources, or related field
