Corporate Trainer

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Corporate Trainer at our company. As a Corporate Trainer, your main responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, developing training materials, assessing training needs, and evaluating training effectiveness. While the primary location for this role is in Vishakhapatnam, you will have the flexibility to work from home as well. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in Pseudo Codes, Flowcharts, Logic Building, and Problem Solving. Your skills should also encompass Training and Development, Instructional Design, and Curriculum Development. Previous experience in conducting training sessions and assessing training needs is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with knowledge of learning management systems. The ability to adapt to different learning styles and preferences will be beneficial. Any experience in corporate training or the education sector would be a plus. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
