Job Description

The Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for manufacturing employees to ensure they possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and certifications to perform their roles effectively and safely. This role involves creating training materials, assessing training needs, evaluating employee performance, and working closely with various departments to ensure the highest standards of productivity and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines Design and implement hands-on and theoretical training programs tailored to specific manufacturing roles. Facilitate onboarding training for new hires, as well as ongoing skill development for current employees. Create training manuals, instructional guides, and visual aids for effective knowledge transfer. Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps among employees. Collaborate with production managers to determine training needs based on production and quality goals. Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate relevant training improvements. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
