Corporate Tie-ups & Sponsorships Executive

You will be responsible for managing corporate tie-ups and sponsorships, focusing on identifying potential partners, securing collaborations, and nurturing relationships with sponsors to enhance brand visibility and support business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Initiate and oversee corporate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities. - Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in companies and brands. - Present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize tie-up/sponsorship agreements. - Coordinate with internal teams to align sponsorships with company events, campaigns, or educational initiatives. - Monitor performance metrics and maintain detailed records of all partnership and outreach activities. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 13 years of relevant experience in sponsorships, partnerships, business development, or corporate sales. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficient in pitching ideas and navigating negotiations effectively. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and maintains a professional demeanor. - Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Kannada/Hindi is an added advantage.
