Corporate Tax Manager

As the Manager - Tax Technology & Data at AB InBev GCC, your primary role will be to drive the European tax transformation agenda by developing and executing tax technology and data strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders. You will report to the Sr Manager Tax and work closely with the Head of Tax Transformation Europe, GBS Bangalore, and the EUR Tax Director. Your responsibilities will include leading the implementation of tax data models, automation tools, and digital solutions to enhance tax compliance, reporting, and planning across European markets. You will ensure tax data integrity and audit readiness in alignment with European regulatory requirements. Collaborating with European tax, finance, and IT teams, you will embed tax requirements into broader digital transformation programs. In addition, you will develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to provide insights into tax positions and risks, as well as support the implementation and optimization of ERP systems with a focus on tax-relevant modules. You will contribute to the development of a centralized tax data platform and reporting framework for Europe and act as a liaison between tax, IT, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery. Furthermore, you will lead the GBS Bangalore Tax team in terms of teaming, training, talent management, and development. You will set clear expectations, empower your team to drive their development, and recognize and engage talents to build a strong pipeline. Providing training and support to tax teams across Europe on new tools, systems, and processes will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience in tax compliance, transformation, or data analytics within a multinational environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with tools like Power BI, SQL, and ERP systems, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. The ability to lead change effectively, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
