Corporate Tax Manager

You will be part of a dynamic and experienced UK Corporate Tax team, playing a pivotal role in managing complex tax compliance and advisory projects. Your responsibilities will include reviewing complex UK corporation tax returns, managing a portfolio of UK corporate clients, developing pricing strategies, leading advisory assignments, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. You will also be responsible for overseeing junior staff, providing coaching and training, and contributing to the team's growth and development within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Your primary responsibilities will involve reviewing complex UK corporation tax returns, ensuring accurate and timely filing, managing a portfolio of UK corporate clients, developing pricing strategies, leading advisory assignments, finalizing comprehensive tax packs, and providing ongoing coaching and training to junior team members. You will also be expected to demonstrate strong technical knowledge of UK Corporation Tax legislation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and commercial acumen to manage budgets and defend fees effectively.
