Role Overview

The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for conducting onboarding training, delivering presentations about Rainbucks company profile, and ensuring every new team member understands the business model, products, processes, and work culture. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a passion for training and people development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for newly onboarded team members, telecallers, and business experts.
• Present the company profile, business model, product offerings, and Rainbucks benefits clearly and professionally.
• Develop and deliver structured training modules, presentations, and learning materials.
• Train new employees on sales scripts, customer communication, product knowledge, CRM usage, and company policies.
• Assess trainee performance, identify skill gaps, and provide ongoing coaching.
• Monitor the progress of new joiners during the initial days to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Coordinate with HR and team leads to update training content as per new processes or products.
• Ensure all training activities align with Rainbucks standards and brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and demonstration abilities.
• Prior experience in training, sales coaching, or corporate communication preferred.
• Ability to create engaging learning content.
• Strong understanding of sales, customer service, and onboarding processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, presentations, and basic CRM knowledge.
• Minimum graduation; training certifications are an added advantage.
