Key Responsibilities: Inventory Planning & Control: Forecast demand, plan replenishments, and maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales requirements while minimizing excess inventory. Stock Monitoring: Track and review inventory movement, ensuring real-time accuracy through periodic cycle counts and physical stock audits. Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Work closely with suppliers to manage lead times, resolve delivery discrepancies, and ensure timely product availability. Inventory System Management: Utilize inventory management software to update stock data, monitor product life cycles, and generate reports for decision-making. Loss Prevention: Identify and investigate discrepancies, prevent theft or damage, and implement measures to reduce shrinkage. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular inventory reports on stock status, turnover rates, aging stock, and suggest improvements for stock optimization. Process Improvement: Develop and implement inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all inventory operations comply with legal, safety, and company regulations.

Job Role Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Corporate Sales Trainer who will be responsible for onboarding and upskilling our sales representatives. Key Responsibilities: Training & Development: Design and deliver sales training programs for new hires and existing sales team members. Train employees on product knowledge, promotions, pricing strategies, and business policies . Conduct role-plays, mock calls, and real-time feedback sessions to improve selling techniques. Quizzes & Evaluations: Develop and administer quizzes, tests, and assessments to evaluate employee understanding and retention. Review quiz results to identify knowledge gaps and plan targeted re-training. Maintain documentation of training attendance and performance tracking. Content Creation & Language Support: Create and update training materials, manuals, presentations, and SOPs. Learn Spanish to eventually help support bilingual training sessions. Assist in localization or translation of training content (in collaboration with language experts, if needed). Monitoring & Coaching: Evaluate on-the-job performance of sales representatives and offer coaching to improve results. Provide one-on-one mentoring for underperforming employees.
