Corporate Sales Specialist

As a Corporate Account Manager, your role involves building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients to promote and drive adoption of financial wellness products as part of their employee benefits program. Your responsibilities include: - Identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding new accounts. - Pitching our suite of financial wellness products to HR, Admin, Rewards, and Finance stakeholders. - Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and creating long-term engagement plans. - Collaborating with marketing and product teams to design employee engagement campaigns. - Tracking and optimizing adoption and activation metrics across corporate accounts. - Owning product usage and revenue targets, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. - Driving retention and ensuring continuous value delivery to clients. To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Strong B2B2C/institutional selling and relationship management experience. - Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate large organizations. - Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills. - Self-starter with a growth mindset and ownership attitude. - Experience in financial products such as investments, insurance, lending, wellness, etc. is preferred.
