Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: CORPORATE Communication

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies specifically tailored for corporate and bulk sales of real estate properties

Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, understand market trends, and segment corporate target audiences.

Collaborate closely with the corporate sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and pipeline management.

Contribute to the long-term brand vision and strategy for corporate real estate offerings.

Campaign Management & Execution:

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events) to generate high-quality leads for corporate sales.

Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing (LinkedIn, etc.), and content marketing specifically for corporate audiences.

Organize and manage corporate events, property expos, investor meets, and webinars to showcase properties and connect with potential corporate buyers.

Implement CRM strategies for effective lead nurturing and client relationship management within the corporate sales funnel.

Content Creation & Management:

Develop high-value content such as market insights reports, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership articles relevant to corporate real estate investment and acquisition.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, focusing on key metrics like lead generation, conversion rates, ROI, and brand awareness among corporate clients.

Utilize data analytics to make informed, data-driven decisions and optimize future corporate strategies.

Prepare regular reports & Follow up.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with sales, legal, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive messaging and successful project delivery for corporate clients.

Key Highlight: Excellent Communication skills , Pleasant personality and Minimum 2-3 years experience in corporate communication.
