As a Corporate Sales Manager at Regenesys Corporate Education India, your role will involve identifying, targeting, and onboarding corporate clients for AI skilling programs. You will be responsible for driving consultative sales with key stakeholders such as CXOs, CHROs, L&D Heads, and Business Leaders. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Additionally, you will conduct training needs assessments for AI/ML and digital upskilling, and propose tailored AI skilling solutions to meet the specific requirements of clients in industries like BFSI, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, and Technology sectors. Your ability to negotiate contracts, close enterprise-level deals, and build long-term client relationships will be essential in ensuring high client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, target, and onboard corporate clients for AI skilling programs. - Drive consultative sales with CXOs, CHROs, L&D Heads, and Business Leaders. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. - Conduct training needs assessments for AI/ML and digital upskilling. - Propose tailored AI skilling solutions (leadership in AI, data literacy, machine learning, automation, etc.). - Negotiate contracts and close enterprise-level deals. - Build long-term client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction. - Stay updated on emerging trends in AI adoption and workforce skilling. Qualifications and Experience: - 8-10 years of corporate sales experience. - Minimum 5 years of proven success selling corporate training/skilling programs (mandatory). - Direct experience in AI skilling, digital transformation programs, or tech upskilling solutions (highly preferred). - Strong connects with corporates in BFSI, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, and Technology sectors. - Demonstrated ability to sell to large enterprises and Fortune 500 clients. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
