Role & responsibilities As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will drive end-to-end sales of EdTech products/solutions to private and premium schools across India, identifying and building relationships with key decision-makers, including school principals, academic directors, and institutional buyers. You will execute product demonstrations and deliver customized solution pitches both virtually and on-site, ensuring alignment with client needs. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans to consistently exceed quarterly and annual targets. Additionally, you will maintain an up-to-date CRM, accurately tracking sales funnel progress, pipeline forecasting, and customer interactions to ensure data-driven decision-making and sustained business growth. Preferred candidate profile - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 2 to 4 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in EdTech or enterprise solutions. - Demonstrated ability to close deals with private schools, institutions, or corporate clients. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel pan-India for client meetings, demos, and events. - Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and presentation software.
