Corporate Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at Defence Bakery, you will play a pivotal role in driving B2B and institutional sales within a designated geography or segment. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our premium range of products, including artisanal breads, cakes, chocolates, cookies, and healthy bakes, with a strategic focus on expanding our presence in corporate gifting and institutional channels. Your key duties will involve expanding our brands" reach in various customer segments such as luxury hotels, high-end restaurants, catering services, premium bakeries, and regional QSR chains. You will be tasked with developing and implementing strategic account plans, analyzing market trends, fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, Hotel Management, or a related field, with at least 5-7 years of experience in Sales/Marketing within the foodservice industry. An MBA/PGDM will be advantageous, along with a proven track record of managing foodservice distributors. Your success will hinge on your commercial acumen, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like Product Development, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
