Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated female Sales Professional for field visits across Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in field sales and a strong passion for building meaningful customer relationships. You will be responsible for visiting clients, presenting our products and services, and closing deals to achieve the assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
2. Visit clients for product demos, discussions, and requirement understanding.3. Present and promote Blue Waves Media's services (Websites, CRM, WhatsApp, SMS, Email, IVR, RCS, Voice).4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.5. Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.6. Follow up consistently to move leads through the sales pipeline.7. Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service information.8. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.9. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and project execution.10. Maintain accurate records of meetings, follow-ups, and closures in CRM/trackers.11. Represent the company professionally during client visits and presentations.12. Stay updated with product knowledge and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

1. Preferably female candidates with good communication and presentation skills.

2. Should be comfortable with client visits for meetings and demos.

3. Candidates with experience in B2B sales, IT services, or digital marketing solutions will be preferred.

4. Should have a professional personality, confident attitude, and strong client-handling ability.

5. Must be comfortable working in a target-based role.

6. Preferably residing within a reasonable travel distance for client visits.

7. Candidates with knowledge of CRM tools or marketing platforms will be at an added advantage.

8. Should be able to join immediately or within a short notice period.

9. Ability to speak English, Hindi, and Bengali will be an added preference.
