Sales Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a regional team of Area/Relationship Managers to achieve business targets.
  • Drive new business acquisition from large and mid-sized corporate clients for commercial and employee benefit insurance products.
  • Manage relationships with CXO-level decision-makers and act as a trusted risk advisor.
  • Deliver both

    topline and bottom-line

    growth while maintaining a healthy product mix.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, placement, and operations teams for seamless client servicing.
  • Identify new market opportunities and cross-sell potential within existing accounts.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company processes and

    IRDA (Insurance Brokers) Regulations, 2013

  • Promote a client-first approach by ensuring prompt service, renewals, and retention.

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate with

    8–15 years of experience

    in

    corporate/B2B insurance or CASA sales

    within the BFSI sector.
  • Proven track record in team leadership and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of commercial lines of insurance or corporate financial products.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and a commitment to compliance.
