About the Role

Sales Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a regional team of Area/Relationship Managers to achieve business targets.
Drive new business acquisition from large and mid-sized corporate clients for commercial and employee benefit insurance products.
Manage relationships with CXO-level decision-makers and act as a trusted risk advisor.
Deliver both
topline and bottom-line
growth while maintaining a healthy product mix.
Collaborate with underwriting, placement, and operations teams for seamless client servicing.
Identify new market opportunities and cross-sell potential within existing accounts.
Ensure strict compliance with company processes and
IRDA (Insurance Brokers) Regulations, 2013
.
Promote a client-first approach by ensuring prompt service, renewals, and retention.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate / Postgraduate with
8–15 years of experience
in
corporate/B2B insurance or CASA sales
within the BFSI sector.
Proven track record in team leadership and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of commercial lines of insurance or corporate financial products.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and a commitment to compliance.
