Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Relations Executive to build and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, drive hiring collaborations, and ensure Erekrut becomes their go-to platform for talent acquisition. This role is critical in expanding Erekrut’s recruiter base and fostering strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential corporate clients across industries for recruitment partnerships. Build strong, trust-based relationships with HR leaders, recruitment heads, and decision-makers. Promote Erekrut’s solutions — including OneDayHire, campus drives, and talent database access — to corporate clients. Collaborate with internal teams to design custom hiring solutions for corporate partners. Manage end-to-end client onboarding and ensure seamless execution of hiring drives. Gather market insights to refine corporate outreach strategies and value propositions. Represent Erekrut at industry events, HR summits, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 3+ years of experience in corporate sales, B2B partnerships, or recruitment industry relations. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes.
