Key Responsibilities · Receive and analyze lists of seized vehicles from our partner NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies). · Conduct physical visits to various parking yards across the Patna region to perform detailed evaluations of vehicle conditions. · Accurately estimate refurbishment costs and the potential resale value of each vehicle. · Prepare and submit competitive procurement quotes to NBFCs, ensuring that all quotes are structured to achieve a minimum gross margin after all costs are factored. · Identify, develop, and maintain a robust network of reliable garages and workshops for cost-effective and high-quality vehicle refurbishment. · Build and manage strong, professional relationships with a network of local auto dealers and brokers for market intelligence and to support resale activities. · Negotiate pricing and service-level agreements with all vendors (garages, parking providers) to optimize costs. · Source and secure suitable, safe, and cost-effective parking facilities for our procured vehicle inventory. · Manage the end-to-end logistics of moving vehicles from NBFC yards to refurbishment centers and finally to our designated parking/sales locations. · Oversee the entire refurbishment process, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. · Work in close coordination with the designated salesperson to facilitate the resale of refurbished vehicles. · Provide the sales team with accurate details on available inventory, refurbishment status, and final cost basis. · Support the sales process to ensure a smooth and efficient inventory turnover.
