Key Responsibilities Reach out to prospective students and parents via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media to promote e-Tuitions’ services. Understand customer needs and pitch personalized tutoring solutions that align with their academic goals. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into enrollments. Schedule demo classes for potential students and coordinate with teachers and support teams. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new opportunities and strategies to attract clients. Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets as set by the Sales Manager. Provide feedback from customers to improve our offerings and enhance the sales process.
