Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new corporate clients through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with a clear focus on conversions.
• Pitch and present The Culinary Lounge’s offerings to decision-makers and close deals.
• Develop long-term client relationships that generate repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Track sales performance, provide regular updates, and continuously refine the sales approach.

Who You Are

• 2-5 years of proven track record in

  B2B sales

  (experience in events, hospitality, HR solutions, or related sectors is a plus).
• A strong communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and confident in independently closing deals.
• Ambitious, self-driven, and thrives in a high-performance culture.
• Prior exposure to corporate networks in Hyderabad is an advantage.
