Now, we’re ready to amplify our brand and we need a strategic, hands-on Marketing & Content Lead who can lead our entire marketing function independently - turning events into viral stories, driving inbound growth, and building our offline and online presence. What You’ll Own: Overall Marketing Ownership Develop and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy (online and offline) to grow brand awareness, inbound leads, and community engagement. Act as a single point of accountability for all marketing activities, with minimal involvement from the management team. Build and manage the marketing roadmap in alignment with business goals and revenue targets. Content & Digital Marketing Own The Culinary Lounge’s entire content strategy - from planning to execution across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other platforms. Coordinate visual capture at every event - photos, videos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content. Build impactful case studies, decks, and social campaigns to support sales and drive visibility. Create high-quality reels, short-form videos, and snackable content that generates buzz. Monitor and optimize content based on engagement and lead generation performance. Manage The Culinary Lounge’s monthly content calendar, ensuring consistent storytelling and top-of-mind presence. Offline & Event Marketing Take ownership of offline marketing initiatives , including presence at events, activations, and collaborations. Lead the planning and execution of marketing for corporate cook-offs, brand activations, family events, and collaborations , ensuring The Culinary Lounge’s branding is consistent and impactful at every touchpoint. Build relationships with collaborators, partners, and vendors to amplify offline presence. Team & Vendor Coordination Manage and guide content creators, photographers, videographers, and freelancers. Collaborate closely with the sales and events teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Who You Are: 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience across digital, content, and offline channels. Proven track record of owning and delivering integrated marketing strategies. Strong portfolio showcasing social media growth, brand building, and campaign execution. Visual storyteller with an eye for aesthetics. Should be able to guide photographers and videographers effectively. Excellent copywriting skills for captions, posts, and marketing collateral. Passion for food, experiences, and community-driven brands. Video editing skills preferred. Self-starter comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setup.
