About Liability Sales

The Liability Sales department is responsible for driving the banks liability acquisition, asset growth, and retail forex business. Operating through a network of 2,700+ branches, the team focuses on sourcing retail and corporate deposits, salary and non-salary accounts, trust accounts, and forex transactions. The ultimate goal is to strengthen and expand the bank’s retail book.

About the Role: Assistant Manager – Sales

As part of the bank’s frontline sales force, Assistant Managers play a key role in acquiring new corporate salary accounts and identifying fresh business opportunities. They engage with employees of partner corporates to offer tailored banking products and services, ensuring a strong salaried relationship with the bank. Additionally, they manage customer mapping, resolve queries, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities for corporate salary account acquisition by building new corporate relationships.
• Strengthen existing corporate partnerships to deepen engagement and grow business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets as set by the organization.
• Conduct in-corporate promotional activities to enhance visibility and business.
• Record and monitor all engagement activities using the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, SEBI regulations, and other financial industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized institute.
