Tech Placement Team

About the Role

• Contribute to and execute the annual operating plan to achieve

  tech placement targets

  within the assigned cluster and its campuses.
• Ensure successful student placements in

  software development, data science, product, analytics, and other tech-related roles

  across different programs and campuses.
• Oversee and manage

  tech hiring partnerships

  across campuses within the cluster.
• Address and resolve operational challenges and team concerns to ensure smooth and efficient placement processes.
• Establish and maintain best practices for

  technical recruitment processes

  , leveraging data-driven decision-making systems within the cluster.
• Drive

  corporate engagement initiatives with IT services, product companies, startups, and emerging tech firms

  to expand placement opportunities.
• Ensure

  top tech employers (including NSE 500 and leading product companies)

  recruit talent from Sunstone.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in

  tech placements & corporate relations.

• Postgraduate degree in any management or technology discipline.
• Prior experience in placing

  B.Tech/BCA/MCA/M.Tech

  students is essential.
• Strong industry connections with

  HRs, CTOs, engineering managers, and tech recruiters

  to drive student placements.
• Familiarity with

  technology hiring trends, coding assessments, and campus recruitment processes
