About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Campus Partnerships Executive to help build strong relationships with companies and connect our students with internship opportunities. You will work closely with hiring teams and ensure smooth coordination throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard software companies offering internship opportunities.
  
• Understand hiring needs and align the right student profiles.
  
• Pitch NxtWave and NIAT as preferred talent partners.
  
• Coordinate the entire interview process end-to-end.
  
• Ensure successful internship conversions.
  

Performance Metrics:

• Weekly:

  Number of companies onboarded

• Monthly:

  Companies that completed interviews & internship offers secured

Who Can Apply:

• Freshers with college placement cell/industry interface experience
  
• Candidates with 6+ months in corporate relations, partnerships, or campus recruitment
