Corporate Relations Manager

As a Hotel Operations Specialist in our dynamic team based in New Delhi, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless booking experience for our corporate clients. Your role will involve handling reservation inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person. You will assist corporate clients in booking accommodations based on their preferences and provide accurate information on availability, rates, and hotel facilities. Efficiently processing reservations in our system, communicating reservation details and confirmations, as well as promptly addressing and resolving any issues or special requests will also be part of your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. - Assist corporate clients in booking accommodations based on preferences. - Provide accurate information on availability, rates, and hotel facilities. - Process reservations efficiently in our system. - Communicate reservation details and confirmations. - Address and resolve any issues or special requests promptly. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or higher degree in Hospitality Management or related fields. - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. - Good communication, time-management, and leadership skills. - Experience in handling OTA platform. - Willingness and availability to work in Rotational shift.
