Roles & Responsibilities: End-to-end management of Training & Placement function across university campuses Build and maintain industry-academia linkages; sign strategic MoUs with top companies Lead recruitment drives, pool campus initiatives, and internship programs Organize HR conclaves, CXO panels, and guest talks across academic verticals Collaborate with academic leadership to improve placement readiness Supervise career counselling, resume workshops, aptitude training, and soft skills Execute MIS reporting, policy development, and placement budgeting Lead a team and ensure zero attrition at managerial levels Boost average package benchmarks and influence institutional ranking outcomes Act as SPOC for top recruiters to ensure smooth hiring coordination Desired Candidate Profile: Postgraduate in IR, Management Proven track record of 20,000+ student placements Minimum 10 years of experience in CRC roles across institutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Strong network with corporates like Infosys, Capgemini, HCL, Tech Mahindra, etc. Familiarity with placement tracking tools and reporting systems
