Job Summary:

Corporate Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the

  full recruitment life cycle

  (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
  
• Use various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking, etc.) to attract top talent.
  
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure qualifications and cultural fit.
  
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate a positive candidate experience.
  
• Maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate reporting.
  
• Negotiate offers, close candidates, and support pre-joining engagement.
  
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and implement recruitment strategies.
  
• Promote employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talent.
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational hiring policies.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• Proven experience (2–6 years) in corporate recruiting, talent acquisition, or agency recruiting.
  
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing techniques, and hiring trends.
  
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and MS Office tools.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
