Corporate Recruiter - Global

The Corporate Recruiter within the Global Enterprise team at Foundever is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent for positions globally. Reporting to the VP Enterprise Talent Acquisition, you will collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute effective candidate sourcing and assessment processes. Key stakeholders will include leaders based across various corporate functions worldwide. You will work with hiring managers and local HR TA teams to understand the organization's global talent needs, execute comprehensive recruitment strategies through various channels, proactively source and engage passive candidates, conduct thorough candidate assessments, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, negotiate employment offers, and utilize applicant tracking systems to track recruitment metrics and effectiveness. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize recruitment efforts, support employer branding initiatives, stay informed about recruitment trends, promote diversity and inclusion, and uphold the core values of Creativity, Commitment, and Connection in the organization. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful recruitment for senior leadership positions in Business Development, Account Management, and Marketing. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, MS Office tools, and fluency in English is required. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, and fluency in one other European language is essential.
