He should have strong knowledge of hotel design, construction, and MEP services, with experience managing the overall hotel buildup from start to finish. He should be skilled in project planning, budgeting, contractor management, and hospitality operations, with knowledge of statutory approvals, compliance, and safety norms. Excellent leadership, communication, and a proven record of delivering projects on time and within budget are essential.
