Job Description

The Corporate Planning & Management (CPM) Division at our firm unifies Finance & Planning, Spend Management, Operational Risk and Resilience, and CPM Engineering teams to deliver business planning and analytics, expense management, third-party risk management, and governance strategies. The CPM Division operates with 5 pillars. As a professional in CPM, you are expected to have an analytical mindset, exhibit intellectual curiosity, and come from diverse academic backgrounds. This role is specifically within the Spend Management pillar, focusing on strategic sourcing activities within the Professional Fees spend category. You will work collaboratively to deploy category management techniques to develop multi-year global strategies that align with the firm's commercial and operational objectives. This includes supporting procurement strategy creation, identifying and implementing best practices in procurement and vendor management, and partnering with business and functional leadership to understand third-party requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing relationships with strategic vendors, ensuring appropriate contract structures and pricing models, compliance with ESG commitments, and facilitating knowledge sharing within the global Strategic Sourcing team. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy category management techniques to develop global strategies - Support Procurement strategy creation and key initiatives - Implement best practices in procurement and vendor management - Manage relationships with strategic vendors - Ensure compliance with ESG commitments - Facilitate knowledge sharing within the global Strategic Sourcing team Qualifications: - Bachelor's / Post Graduation with relevant professional qualifications - Minimum five years experience in Strategic Sourcing and Category management - Strong technical, strategic, and project management skills - Competencies in strategic procurement, category management, and procurement value proposition - Ability to influence and guide key stakeholders with sourcing decisions - Strong stakeholder engagement skills and client management experience Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in negotiating complex contracts with incentivized service level agreements - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills - Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite This role is based in Bengaluru, India, with potential travel requirements.,
