About the Role:

Corporate Learning Project Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of corporate learning projects — from scoping and planning to delivery and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand training needs, objectives, and expected outcomes.
  • Coordinate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, Graphic Designers, and Developers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks, implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with client expectations and organizational quality standards.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates.
  • Oversee content development for eLearning, ILT, VILT, and blended learning programs.
  • Evaluate project effectiveness through feedback, analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to process improvement and documentation for the learning operations team.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Management, HR, or related field).
    • 3+ years of experience in Learning Project Management, preferably in a corporate or e-learning environment.
    • Strong understanding of learning methodologies (ILT, VILT, eLearning, microlearning, blended learning, etc.).
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
    • Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors.
    • PMP or Agile certification is a plus.


    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
    • Familiarity with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, or similar.
    • Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards and content deployment processes.
