Corporate Lawyer

You are a talented Corporate Lawyer responsible for handling all legal transactions, partnerships, and projects for Corpseed ITES Pvt. Ltd. Your main objective is to ensure that all company transactions comply with state laws and regulations, while actively assisting the company in avoiding potential legal risks and violations. Your role will involve consulting and leading various corporate legal processes such as mergers, compliance issues, transactions, partnerships, and lawsuits. You must possess exceptional negotiation and communication skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail. Your responsibilities will include preparing legal documents for trial or court proceedings, assessing new business partnerships, representing the company in legal matters, designing and overseeing the company's legal policies, protecting the company against legal risks, examining legal issues associated with new products and services, negotiating deals on behalf of the company, and advising management on regulatory and compliance matters to ensure adherence to legal regulations. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Law, be licensed to practice law by the State Bar Association, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a corporate lawyer. In addition, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and exceptional managerial and negotiation skills.
