Corporate HR Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities-:

HR Strategy & Business Partnering

• Act as HR Business Partner to leadership for workforce planning & organizational development
  
• Build, implement & monitor HR policies, employee handbook & SOPs
  
• Drive a culture of accountability, productivity & continuous improvement
  

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

• Lead full-cycle hiring for MGF & IT business units
  
• Build strong recruitment strategies, talent pipelines & manpower planning
  
• Manage onboarding, induction & employer brand positioning
  

Performance Management & Capability Building

• Implement PMS framework: KPIs, KRA tracking & appraisal cycles
  
• Identify training needs & execute L&D interventions
  
• Manage leadership development & succession planning
  

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Strengthen employee morale through engagement programs & communication frameworks
  
• Resolve grievances, ensure workplace discipline & industrial harmony
  
• Act as a bridge between management & employees across plants & offices
  

HR Compliance & Statutory Management

• Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factories Act, POSH, PF/ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.
  
• Manage audits, HR documentation & liaison with government bodies
  
• Oversee contract labor management & vendor compliance
  

HR Operations & Analytics

• Drive HR automation, HRMS functionality & data governance
  
• Maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports & workforce analytics
  
• Oversee payroll coordination & C&B framework optimization
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws & statutory obligations
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership presence
  
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
  
• Experience in managing multi-location teams (Plant + IT Offices)
