Internship Overview:

Corporate Governance Interns

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing

  internal audits

  of different departments and business units.
• Review and analyze internal processes, policies, and controls to assess compliance and operational efficiency.
• Prepare audit findings and support the preparation of audit reports with recommendations.
• Help monitor corrective actions taken in response to audit findings.
• Collaborate with department heads to collect relevant documentation and information.
• Participate in updating governance documentation and internal frameworks.
• Support initiatives related to risk management and process improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive organizational information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in

  Commerce / B.Com CS

  or

  Business Administration (BBA)

  from a recognized university.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of internal audits, corporate governance, or risk management is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
