Role & responsibilities

corporate gifting sales

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire corporate clients for salon-branded gifting solutions.
Pitch gifting programs for employee rewards, festive gifting, events, and client appreciation.
Build strong relationships with HR, procurement, event agencies, and corporate wellness teams.
Coordinate with internal teams for product curation, customization, packaging, and delivery.
Ensure high-quality execution and timely project completion.
Track sales pipeline, meet revenue targets, and provide regular reporting.

Requirements

8+ years in corporate gifting/B2B sales (beauty, salon, or wellness preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Creative understanding of beauty products, salon services, and premium gifting trends.
Excellent relationship-building and project management abilities.
