Role Summary

Responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and FP&A to support business strategy, valuation, and IPO readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain financial and valuation models

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

• Forecast P&L and cash flows (Cash & IND AS)

• Prepare dashboards and reports for senior management

• Track KPIs, perform variance analysis, and provide insights

• Partner with cross-functional teams and external advisors for IPO readiness

• Drive FP&A process improvements and cost optimization

Key Skills

• Strong financial modeling and Excel expertise

• Solid understanding of financial statements and forecasting

• Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau preferred

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
