Corporate Finance

Job Title

• Prepare and review monthly MIS reports including revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.
• Perform variance analysis (Budget vs Actual) and present insights to management.
• Prepare segment-wise/profit center-wise reports for decision-making. Prepare profitability MIS, including product/branch/department-wise analysis

General Accounting & Financial Control

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Review and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts monthly.

Revenue, Receivables & Payables Management

• Monitor revenue bookings, identify discrepancies, and ensure proper revenue control.
• Supervise Accounts Receivable & Payable processes including ageing, reconciliations, and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely invoicing, payment processing, and dispute resolution.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with operations and department heads to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Support internal stakeholders with financial insights and analysis with Tax implication

Closing, Compliance & Audit

• Support for month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare audit schedules, coordination with auditors.
• Strengthen internal controls and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate from any good university with commerce background
• 3-4 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis
• Experience in handling multi-SBU, multi-location, or large-scale financial data sets is desirable.
• Prior exposure to the TVET or skill-development industry will be an added advantage.
