Job Description

As a Corporate Dealer in the Treasury Advisory Group, your role involves offering Treasury Products including FX and Derivative products to defined customers of the Bank. Your responsibilities include: - Ensuring business unit and revenue delivery as per the plan, focusing on growing the business in each segment of the coverage and maximizing ROE for the Bank. - Increasing market and wallet share of FX business for the covered customers. - Building strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders. - Focusing on the fulfilment of all treasury transactions in adherence to the Bank's processes and policies. - Handling transactions of all customers not allocated to any tag resources due to their small size. - Achieving the budgeted Revenue and Volume target at the customer and segment level for the allocated customers. - Maximizing revenue for the desk while handling all non-allocated customers. - Increasing Trade and FX wallet share of the customers and growing derivative business. - Developing plans for driving revenues and growth among customers, evaluating segments for new business possibilities. - Directly covering customers more at the operating level. - Building relationships at relevant levels of customers and leveraging them for enhanced business. You will also be responsible for managing internal stakeholders such as relationship managers, credit risk officers, and Operations, among others, to achieve objectives. Risk management, risk mitigation ideas for the corporate, managing Banks credit and market risk, and evaluating Reputational and Legal Risk for the Bank on product offerings are part of your role. Other responsibilities include ensuring transaction fulfilment within defined TAT, zero error, adherence to the Bank's processes and policies, hedging positions arising from transactions, capturing transactions in front office systems, and ensuring submission of all treasury-related documents within defined TAT. You are required to follow the Suitability and Appropriateness policy of the Bank and adhere to the pre-defined processes. Qualifications required for this role are: - MBA's / CA's with 3 years + relevant experience in Treasury Sales with MNC, Private or Public Sector Bank.
