Corporate Dealer - Fx & Derivatives

As a Corporate Dealer in the Treasury Advisory Group, your role involves offering Treasury Products such as FX and Derivatives to the Bank's defined customers, including those from various units of the Bank. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Ensure business unit and revenue delivery as per the plan, focusing on ROE for the Bank - Increase market and wallet share of FX business for the covered customers - Build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders - Fulfill all treasury transactions in adherence to the Bank's processes and policies - Handle transactions of customers not allocated to any tag resources - Achieve budgeted Revenue and Volume targets at the customer and segment level - Maximize revenue for the desk while handling non-allocated customers - Increase Trade and FX wallet share of customers - Grow derivative business within the given set of customers - Develop revenue-driving plans and evaluate new business possibilities among customers - Direct coverage of customers at the operating level - Build and leverage relationships at relevant customer levels for enhanced business - Manage internal stakeholders like relationship managers, credit risk officers, and operations units - Provide risk management and risk mitigation ideas for the corporate - Manage Bank's credit and market risk when offering products to customers - Evaluate Reputational and Legal Risk for the Bank on product offerings in line with policy - Ensure fulfillment of all transactions within defined TAT, with zero error, while adhering to Bank's policies - Hedge all positions arising from the transactions covered - Capture all transactions in the bank's front office systems as per policy - Ensure submission of all treasury-related documents by customers within defined TAT - Follow the Bank's Suitability and Appropriateness policy processes **Candidate Profile:** - MBA's / CA's with 3+ years of relevant experience in Treasury Sales with MNC, Private, or Public Sector Banks,
