Corporate Communications Manager

As the Manager of Corporate Communications at our company, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies to enhance our reputation, engage key stakeholders, and ensure a consistent brand message. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align messaging with company objectives. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing corporate communication strategies across various channels such as media relations, public relations, internal communications, and social media. You will craft and manage the company's external communications including press releases, interviews, and media kits. Additionally, you will work with leadership to create internal communications that engage employees and foster a supportive company culture. Managing crisis communication and ensuring the organization is prepared with messaging for potential challenges will also be part of your role. You will lead media outreach efforts and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets. Analyzing communication metrics and providing regular reports on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns will be essential. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related roles is required. Proven experience in developing and executing successful communication strategies, strong writing, editing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines are necessary. Experience in media relations, with a strong network of media contacts preferred, and the demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders are essential. Crisis management experience is a plus.
