Job Title: Technology Analyst (JL4) – Finacle Customization Location: Hyderabad Experience: 4+ years Job Summary: We are hiring a skilled Technology Analyst with expertise in product customization and Finacle technologies. In this role, you will collaborate with the Product Customization, R&D, and QA teams to design, develop, and deliver robust custom solutions for clients. This includes requirement analysis, solution design, code development, review, and testing. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Develop detailed design artifacts, write efficient and maintainable code, and conduct code and design reviews. Perform unit testing, validation, and documentation of test results. Participate in the complete SDLC and follow Agile methodologies for delivery. Create both high-level and low-level design documents and ensure alignment with client expectations. Mentor and guide a small team of 2–3 developers. Engage in knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement activities. Required Technical Skills: Strong coding experience in: UI & backend customization Shell scripting, Oracle (PL/SQL), Java, JSP, JavaScript Good understanding of SDLC concepts and Agile methodologies Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git, Bitbucket, SVN Proficient in software design principles and documentation Preferred / Added Advantage: Experience in Finacle customization : scripts, MRT, JS, JSP, JRXML Experience in Finacle implementation projects Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
